Obituary

Wendell A. Simpson, loving husband and father, passed away on March 24, 2020. at 1:42 PM. Wendell lived a full life helping people. He spent 30 years or more working for the State and Federal Government, and holding multiple positions with the Urban Affairs, Civil Rights and National Parks (Superintendent) throughout the United States. He attended church regularly and had been an active, faithful member. He was a church deacon and the president of his church gospel choirs.

Wendell is survived by his loving wife loving wife Mary Simpson and two sons: Rodney Simpson of Brockton Massachusetts and Terry Simpson of Durham of North Carolina. His dearest sister: Daisy Johnson of Spencer, Oklahoma, five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, four brother-in-laws and two sister-in-laws.
