Violet Lynn Bullock was born on April 25, 1960 to Tommy Marshall, Sr, and Wynonia Bullock in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She was the first child to Wynonia Bullock and Tommy Marshall Sr. They had two children together. They had a son named Donald Wayne Bullock.

Violet Lynn was preceded in death by her parents, Wynonia Bullock and Tommy Marshall Sr, one brother, Donald Wayne Bullock, her grandmother, Charlie Madeline Gentry Bullock, grandfather, Aaron D Bullock Sr, three uncles, Horatio " Pete " Bullock, Leonard Leroy Bullock, and Aaron D. Bullock, and one auntie, Beulah Adele Brown Bullock.

Violet Lynn departed from this life on March 13, 2022. She leaves to cherish her memories, her auntie Charlene F. Bullock-Stephens; three sons and one daughter; Bobby J. Bullock, Johnny J. Vaughn, Angela C. Vaughn, and Brandon L. Bullock, all of Spencer, Oklahoma. She also has eight grandchildren.
