Obituary
Apostle Vernola Armour was born May
6, 1941 to Minnie Mae Mason and Fred
Jones in Swift Town Mississippi. She
was the first born of thirteen children.
Married to John L Armour for over 50-
years and to the union 10 children were
born.
She is preceded in death by her parents,
husband, John L. Armour, sons William,
Ricky, grandson Larry K. Armour, great-
grandson Colin E. Cranford, sisters, Jane
Williams, Mae H. Cox, Lonnie Ann Jackson,
and brothers Melvin and George Coleman.
She is survived by her siblings Jesse
Coleman, Edward Coleman, Aurtry Coleman,
Floyd Coleman, Izona Ligons, Dorcas Douglas,
Melvertha Coleman, her children, William,
Joyce, Ricky, Carolyn, James, Jerome, 
Christopher, Dietria and Pamela, a host of
grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces,
nephews, cousins, countless relatives, and
many spiritual sons, daughters, and friends.
