Ruth Glover-Vaden was born November 4, 1924, in Seward, OK to Leon and Estella Glover. She was the oldest of a set of twin girls. Ruth accepted Christ and enjoyed attending church at a young age. When she was older, she moved to California to help her older sisters with their young children, while also working at the Del Monte food plant. After returning to Oklahoma, she married Lorenzo Vaden, from this union two sons were born. She later moved back to Guthrie upon which she met Robert Winn, and two daughters were born. Ruth was many things in this life, a babysitter for many children in the community, a CNA working with senior citizen, and the best was that she was loved by all.
