Quentin Dominick O'Neal Sr. 
Quentin was born October 23, 1971 to George and
Mura (Griffin) O'Neal in Baltimore, MD. He
graduated from Balboa High School in Balboa,
Republic of Panama.
He married Shirley Ellis, March 5, 1993 and is
the father of four children.
Quintin served his country honorably in the US
Air Force.
Quentin is survived by his children Jasmine
Harris of Wichita, KS, Brianna O'Neal of Edmond,
OK, Quentin O'Neal of Dallas, TX and Kevin
O'Neal of Edmond, OK, two grandchildren,  Azrael 
F. O'Neal of Edmond, OK, Kai and Thomas of Wichita, 
KS, two brothers: Captain Matthew O'Neal, USN and 
Sergeant Edmund O'Neal of Aberdeen, MD, sister-in-
law Aubrena O'Neal of Washington, DC. Many nieces,
nephews, many other relatives and friends.
