Paul Everett Rich, Jr. aka "Pun," was born March 13, 1958, in Oklahoma City, OK to Dorothy Mae Harris and DeLawrence Maurice Frazier. Dorothy Mae married Paul Everett Rich, Sr., and adopted Paul Jr. in his name and raised him. Paul attended Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witness with his maternal grandmother, Mary McCray. Paul lived between Lawton, OK and attended Lawton McArthur Schools and went to Oklahoma City Public Schools. Paul worked as a Chef for Spaghetti Warehouse in Bricktown for a few years. Paul was incarcerated for several years and specialized in boxing as his profession. He accomplished many trophies and a few belts in his boxing. He also mentored several young men who looked up to him for guidance and kept them out of trouble while serving time. Paul enjoyed changing lives and seeing how "God" was using him as His vessel.

Paul married Kim Wade, June 1984, along with her daughter Kamee, and his children: Rasheda, Paul "Pun" III, Angelica, Kamilie, Zsi'Ava, LaQuay, Qualon, and Robert, and to this union Pa'Shonna was born. Paul transitioned from this life on November 15, 2022. Paul was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Dorothy Rich-Stewart, DeLawrence Maurice Frazier; son, Qualon, Robert; siblings: Eugene Rich, Rickey Frazier. Paul leaves to cherish his memories, his stepmother, RoseMary Rich; daughters: Rasheda, Angelica, Pa'Shonna, Kamee, Kamilie, Zsi'Ava; sons: Paul III, LaQuay, fifteen grandchildren, four great grandchildren; siblings: Dwight Rich and Cheryl Frazier-Mack of Oklahoma City, OK; Karen Frazier-Norman of San Antonio, TX; Keith Simmons of Oklahoma City, OK; and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, friends, and his mentors.
