Obituary
Merlie May Williams was born March 11, 1946 to 
RC and Rosie Williams in Oklahoma City, OK. 
She was the third child born of five children.
Merlie graduated from Douglass High School in
OKC in 1964.
She was preceded in death by both parents, 
sister Clova Williams Akbar, brother RC
Williams, Jr., nephew Gerald Kirk, III.
Merlie leaves to cherish her memories, Derek
Buton, Alana Burton, Darrin Burton, Shlonda
Williams, many great-great nieces, and
nephews. She is also survived by Hazel Linzay,
Maxine Washington, Marvin Washington and
Gloria Williams.

God is our refuse and strength, a
very present help in trouble.
Therefore, we will not fear, even
though the earth be removed and the
mountains be carried into the midst
of the sea. 
God is in the midst of her, God shall
help her, just at the break of dawn.
