Melvina Faye Cudjo was born June 26, 1963, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Morris and Bonnie Cudjo. She was the seventh of seven children.

She attended Parker Elementary, Rogers Middle School, and Edmond Mid-High, and Graduated from Edmond Memorial High School in 1981.

After graduation in 1981, She went to Northeastern A&M in Miami, Oklahoma. She later came home and married Kerry L. West and to that union was born one son Antonio Marcel West.

Melvina was preceded in death by her parents Morris Cudjo Jr. and Bonnie Dean Cudjo and her older brothers Maurice Cudjo and Marshall Dean Cudjo And Duncan Lee Cudjo.

Melvina held down various jobs in her lifetime, including AT&T and her current job until death Loves Cooperate Offices.

Melvina had a passion for life and she loved grilling and entertaining. She loved her son and wanted to make sure that he had a good and comfortable life. She also loved talking her nieces and nephews ears off. She loved sports and   no one could talk her down from any team she was rooting for. She was a hard worker like her dad and there were very few projects that she started that she could not finish. Her life was a good example of perseverance and determination.

She leaves to cherish her memory one Son: Antonio Marcel West (Fiancé Asha Danielle Palmer & expected first Grand-daughter Nina Rosa West in November)., two brothers Marvin L. Cudjo (Diane), Jerry L. Cudjo, one sister Melissa Kaye Byrd (Raymone). She leaves a host of other relatives and friends.

May She now Rest in that Blessed Peace and Assurance and May the Father God welcome her into His Loving Arms and Presence.
