In Loving Memory

Markisha Lewis was born September 07, 1974 to Brenda Lewis and Marshall LaDay (Deceased), as the first grandchild, she was the pride and joy of Napoleon Sr., and Oletha Lewis (Deceased).

She accepted Christ at an early age and as a child attended Emmanual Baptist Church of Spencer, OK. She attended Rogers Middle School, Star Spencer High School, Wright Business School and OSU/OKC University. She worked as a Program Coordinator for over 20-years.

Kisha is survived by her mother Brenda Lewis of Midwest City, OK, brother: Donnie Lewis of Del City, OK, two children: Horace Markeese Smiley, and Erica Williams of Midwest City, OK, two more brothers: Deshawn Ackerson Orlando, FL and Leotis Hightower of Houston, TX, Many Aunts, Uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, many other relatives and friends

He Only Takes The Best

A heart of gold stopped beating, two shining eyes at rest. God broke our heart, he  has

nothing to prove, but he only takes the best. Little did we know, just how he would work,

the sorrow the day would bring. The end was sudden, and yes the shock severe. We never

knew the your time was so near. When days are sad and lonely, and evening shadows fall,

We hear your voice and see your face, and your sweet memories still lingers on. God knew

you had to leave us. But, you did not go alone, part of us went with you, the day God

called you home.
