Obituary
LeeLee Loraine Scruggs was born June 13, 1959, to Rosetta
Scott and Louis Scruggs in Oklahoma City, OK. She attended
Oklahoma City Public Schools and the family relocated to
Barstow, CA and she later returned to Oklahoma City and 
graduated from Oklahoma City High School.

LeeLee is preceded in death by both parents, sister Lucy
Askew, brother Wilbert Grant.

LeeLee at an early age joined Cannon Baptist Church, later
was baptized and later joining Ebenezer Baptist Church.
LeeLee also later became a member of Evangelist Baptist
Church of Christ. She was employed by Southwestern Bell
and later pursued other career opportunities.

She is survived by her life partner, Larry Dobson of Yukon,
OK, sister Patricia Hailey of Baltimore, MD, brother Dennis
Scott (Carolyn) of Oklahoma City, OK, a host of nieces,
nephews, cousins, many other relatives and friends.
