Obituary
Lawrence was born December 25, 1942 to Elisha
Gaines and Lula Mae Blunt, he was the second
of four children.

Bootsie is preceded in death by both parents,
two sisters: Joann Gaines and Ruth Gaines.

Lawrence leaves to cherish his memories his
children, grandchildren, and great grand
children, one brother: Claude Braggs, a host
of nieces, nephews, many other relatives and
friends.

The steps of a good man are ordered by
the Lord; and He delighteth in his way.
I have been young, and now am old; yet
have I not seen the righteous forsaken,
nor have his seed begging bread.
He is ever merciful, and lendeth; and
his seed is blessed.
