He was a hard-working man that provided for his family. He was pursuing a career in Airplane Mechanics at FAA where he worked and retired.

Joe was a loving and caring man of God. Everyone that came across him wouldn't forget him, that's how big of an impact his presence and name carried throughout his life. He was everyone's PaPa and Uncle Joe. He had a loving spirit that loved and cherished his whole entire family. His favorite things to do were fishing, working on cars, and taking a weekend getaway back home to Shreveport (The Boot), and singing in the choir at church. More than anything, family was his number one priority. Family came before anything else. This man lived for family.
