We celebrate the life of James Clay Brown, of Spencer, Oklahoma. He was born on September 28, 1950, to William and Betty Brown.

James earned two Master's degrees, from Central State and the University of Oklahoma. James was a fraternity brother and after graduating, he married Theresa Hill in 1980 whom he had three children with. He became a devoted father and was a dedicated servant of God.

James worked for the State of Oklahoma where he retired after 12 years of service. His presence was felt around the world as he financially supported many global charities.

James is survived by his three daughters Jamie Brown, Kristie Brown and Tiffany Tagbo. He is also survived by a granddaughter Tiffany O. Tagbo, a grandson Michael Stromer Jr. and many brothers and sisters in Christ.

James is preceded in death by his father William Brown, his mother Betty Brown and his brother William Brown Jr.

Brown, 69, of Spencer, Oklahoma.  James was born on September 28, 1950, to William and Betty Brown.  James attended Central State University where he graduated with a Bachelor's.  He also earned two Master's Degree including one from the University of Oklahoma.    James was a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity.  After graduating, he met and married Theresa Hill in 1980 whom he had three children with.
