In the infinite wisdom of God...our Heavenly Father called, Ida Mae Goldsby-Arnold to her eternal home on February 21, 2019.

She was born on March 10, 1936 in Boley, Oklahoma to Helen Stevenson-Goldsby and Beamon Goldsby. She was preceded in death by both parents, four brothers: Lavosha Goldsby, Larry Don Goldsby, David Goldsby and Millage Winslett, two sisters: Marylynn and Mary Katherine, one grandson: Stanley Payne Jr., one great grandson: Christopher Haywood Jr. and one son-in-law: Calvin Dorsey.

She was united in Holy Matrimony to John Leon Arnold in 1954. She leaves to cherish a legacy of love and precious memories to nine devoted daughters: Debra Arnold, Carol Taylor, Betty Smith, Linda Watson, Tracie Payne, Janice Watson, Bridgett Watson, Kristie Arnold, Tiffany Dorsey; five brothers: Beamon and Raymond Goldsby, William Winslett, Vincent Winslett, Edward Winslett, twenty-five grandchildren; thirty-five great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
