Howard Eugene Colbert Jr. was born October 23, 1968,
to Eula Mae and Howard E. Colbert Sr., in Oklahoma
City, OK. He is preceded in death by his mother.
He leaves behind his father, Bishop Howard E Colbert
Sr., his bonus mother, Dorothy Colbert, his son
Julian Colbert, ex-wife Kiwana Colbert, two sisters,
Crystal Colbert and Rita Colbert, brothers, Ande J.
Colbert and Deshawn S. Frazier, as well as his
granddaughters, uncles, aunts, nephews, cousins and
friends.
