Henry Lee Douglas born March 22, 1953 to Leroy and Helen Douglas in Wetumka, Oklahoma, he was the third child born.
He is preceded in death by both parents, one sister and one nephew. Henry attended Oklahoma City Public Schools, graduating from Douglass Senior High in 1971. He united with Tabitha Baptist Church in Oklahoma City at an early age.

Henry leaves to cherish his memory five sisters: Lois Coleman, Carolyn (Charles) Alexander, Dorene (Michael) King, Etta Johnson of Oklahoma City, and Florene (Willie) Eigner of Federal Way, WA and one brother: Albert Douglas; twenty-five nieces and nephews; three aunts: Lillie Emery of Oklahoma City, Bernice Gooden and Geneva Mann of San Diego, CA, many other relatives, and friends.
