Harvey Gentlay Hannah was born February 21, 1950 to parents, David and Matill (Mac) Hannah.  Harvey was the fourth of eight children.  At 23 years of age Harvey married Brenda Burton.  Hervey enjoyed fishing and cooking and spending time with his family.  Harvey worked as a truck driver and trained for diesel repair.  He cherished his children and grandchildren.

Harvey is preceded in death by both his mother and father, brothers James Herbert Hannah and David Carl (Chillie D) Hannah, sister Sharon kay Hannah, second daughter Brenda Rachea Hannah, and second son Harvey (Bit) Gentlay Hannah Jr.

He leaves to mourn his eldest son Byron Hannah, oldest daughter Ratonia Witherspoon, and youngest daughters Shannon LaJoyce Hannah, Burnice and Jerica Stiggers.  Harvey also leaves his brothers, Joe Hardman Willie, Charles and Donald Ray Hannah.

Harvey Gentlay Hannah was an eccentric, free spirit and will be dearly missed by his family and good friend Brenda Elliot and many others.
