Obituary
Gloria Ann Parham was born August 16, 1946 to Centrilia Walton
and Samuel Simms in Guthrie, OK. She was raised by her loving
grandparents Willie Walton Sr., and Gladys Walton. She grew and
graduated from Douglass High School in OKC, OK. She pursued a
higher education at Langston University, majoring in accounting.
She was employed by Pacific Bell Telephone Company in San Francisco,
CA and retired in 1991. She later was employed with CA State
Franchise Tax Board and served until 2011. 

In August 1983 she married the love of her life James Parham. She
embraced every opportunity to nurture relationships.

She was preceded in death by husband James, both parents, her
grandparents, her aunts, one uncle special Aunt Essie, brother
Russell Post.

Gloria leaves to celebrate her life, Michael Parham (Lori), Teddy
Parham Sr. (Giovanni), and Lisa Parham, brother-cousin Aaron Cochran
(Onelia), Renae Dudley, sister-cousin, Cameron Parham, grandson
Jade Pittman, Samantha Parham, Teddy Parham Jr., Kiana (Ken), Briana
Parham, Vanessa Diego (Jose), great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews,
Marcus (Dorita), De'Andre Post, DaQuana Post, a host of extended
family members and friends.
