Felicia Rene Jefferson was born on December 6, 1962 to Betty and Doug Pendarvis. She was the eldest of five children and raised in Spencer as well as Oklahoma City, OK where she attended Star Spencer High School.

Felicia loved sports. She was an exceptional gymnast and was also the captain of her high school cheerleading squad.

After high school graduation, Felicia attended Oklahoma State University, OKC, where she achieved a high level of academic excellence, excelling in the computer sciences and accounting. This allowed her to work for several different companies as a data information specialist and bookkeeper.

Felicia was all about family. Her favorite times were family gatherings, especially around the holidays. She was always ready to take little Lanie to the Game Room or go see a movie with a sibling or friend. She had a zest for life and a genuine kindness that touched the hearts of many.

Felicia was deeply committed to dedicating her life to our Lord. She was very involved with her church, Jubilee Bible Ministries, where she served as the Choir Director and one of the church elders. As a singer and songwriter she shared her special gifts by spiritually uplifting others and praising our Lord through song.

Although her life here on earth was cut too short, she will now get to spend an eternity in heaven in the presence of our Lord. She was beloved by her family and friends and will be dearly missed.

Felicia is survived by her mother Betty Pendarvis; her step-mother Bobbie Pendarvis; her siblings, Christy (and Steve) Williams, Joel (and Nan) Pendarvis, Melanie Pendarvis and Brian Pendarvis; her nieces and nephew, Lauren Williams, Jacob Williams, and Lanie Pendarvis and a host of other relatives and friends.
