Emmit Lee McKee, Jr. was born February 3, 1949, in Oklahoma City, OK to Emmit Lee and Thelma J Boykins-McKee, Sr.
He graduated from Coyle, High School in Coyle, OK. After graduation he enlisted in the United States Army
and was Honorably Discharged on March 1, 1975. Emmit leaves to cherish his memories, one sister Charlotte
A. Townsend, Langston, OK; two brothers, Philip E. Townsend (Brigitte) San Antonio, TX, Nathan W. Mack (Sun)
Hampton, Virginia, a number of nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.

God saw you getting tired and a cure was not
to be, so He put His arms around you and
whispered, "Come To Me". With tearful eyes
we watched you, and saw you slowly leave us,
and though we loved you dearly, we could not
make you stay.
A golden heart stopped beating, hard working
hands at rest. God took you home to prove to
us, He only takes the best.
