Obituary
Delois Lavern Avery was born February
24, 1935 to Allene Wallace Price and
Rutherford O'Neil Price in Nacogdoches,
Texas and the eldest of three children.
Delois met and married Ilk Avery in 1953
in Terrell, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her parents,
her husband, his parents, her siblings,
sisters-in-law: Vera Avery, Dorothy
Morris and Lucy Alston, brothers-in
law: Booker T Avery, Jr., and Joe 
Avery.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her
daughter: Ika K. Bly (Reggie), bonus
granddaughter Kayla Bly, great grand
daughter Kali, a host of nieces, nephews,
cousins, many other extended family
members and friends.
