Chrystal Shavon Moten was born on February 27, 1979 in Oklahoma City, OK. She was the youngest child to Velma D. Walker and James Moten. She attended Oklahoma City Public Schools when she was younger, but did graduate from Frederick Douglas High School. Shavon enjoyed playing BINGO, we can still her tryin to wish out her bingo numbers. As a CNA she dedicated several years to private patient care and loved her occupation passionately. She departed this life on July 19, 2022 and will be greatly missed. Shavon leaves to cherish her memory brothers and sisters, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends. Also, she leaves to cherish her memory, her great niece, Khirey'a , whom she shared a special bond.
