Obituary 
Charlotte was born March 02, 1961 to Ulysses and Beverly Bell,
in Oklahoma City, OK. She was the second eldest of three siblings.
She attended Haworth Elementary and graduated from Haworth High School
in 1979.
Charlotte met and married Rickey L. Hill in 1981. 
She leaves behind Ricky & Crystal Hill, their children: Natalie Parada,
Mahaylie Prada, Cristoval Flores: Charlisa Hill and her two children: Jalisa 
Hill and James Hawthorne; Juanita & Robert Dumas, sister & brother-in-law
Rodney and Sheila Harding; brother, Harold. A host of nieces, nephews,
cousins, and many other relatives and friends.
