Charlie Dennis Webb was born on June 12, 1945. He was the first born of eleven children to Dennis Webb Jr. and Chalrene Conely Webb. He attended Arcadia Grade School and Jones High School, upon graduation he joined the Marine Corp. He was employed with Dayton Firestone Tires as an automobile tire fabricator, from which he retired in 1988. Charlie was married to Juanita Elizabeth Webb, he is the father of four children Manolita Woods, Telly Woods, Sheila Webb and Shimeka Webb, stepchildren are  Treceda Clemens, David Woods, Elisa Jones and Barry Jones. Charlie was an active Christian, participating in many positions at New Chance Baptist Church, where is faithfully attended. He was an avid fisherman who loved sharing his fishing knowledge with anyone willing to learn. Charlie was proceeded in death by his parents, two sisters, Audrey Webb and Alice Brown and a brother Glen Conely Webb. He leaves to cherish his memory, his children, siblings; Melvin Webb (Carolyn) William Webb, Thomas Webb, Gilbert Webb, Tony Webb, Robert Webb and Mike Webb.
