Charles Arthur Dunlap, was born in Spencer, Oklahoma to 
Armogen B & Lottie Dunlap, February 17, 1950 in Spencer,
Oklahoma. He attended Dunjee Highschool, graduated from
University of Oklahoma. He leaves to cherish his memory his 
wife Charlesetta; daughters: Ywantia C. Anderson and Emma K 
Young; six grandchildren, three great=grandchildren. Sister:
Mary Smiley (Fred), Lottie McCain (James), Imogene Harris, brother:
Andrew Dunlap, Robert Walker (Brother-in-law) Brothers-in-law:Lesley
Williams, Jr (Rita), Robert Williams, Edwin Ivory; sisters-in-law 
Delia Roland (Charles), Jacqueta Partridge (Glen), Sherri Jordan
(Ronald), Pearl Williams, many nephews, nieces cousins, relatives
and friends.
