Carolyn Ann Burkley 81, entered her eternal resting place November 24th, 2021, in Oklahoma City, OK. She passed away peacefully surrounded by family.

Born on November 6th, 1940, in Bryant, Texas. To Hattie Mae & James Hawkins known as (T.D) Carolyn was the oldest of 10 siblings. She attended school in Byrant Texas. In 1963 Carolyn married Jessie Mayes, where one child was born Pamela Ann Mayes. Carolyn and Jessie later divorced.  In 1980 Carolyn and Pam moved to New Mexico. Carolyn met and married her husband, John Burkley.

Carolyn is survived by her husband John Burkley of Dallas, Texas and her daughter Pamela Green & Son-In law Virgil Green and Mushonda Williams of Midland, Texas.

Carolyn is preceded in death by her parents Hattie & James D. Hawkins, Brothers Willie and James R. Hawkins a sister Mary Ruth Hawkins.
