Betty Tillman was born in Clarks, Louisiana to Bevis and Meneal Tillman. 
She was one of the oldest children of 12 siblings. 
She attended Union Central High School. 
Betty went back to school to become a Respiratory Therapist at Baptist Integris Hospital for many years.
Betty was preceded in death by her mother Meneal Tilman Walker, Her first husband Johnny Jordan, and her siblings.
Her brothers Dewayne Tillman, Glen Tillman, Ricky Tillman, Larry Tillman, Calvin Tillman, and Donald Ray Tillman. 
Her sister Dorothy Tillman and her beloved German Shepherd Handsome. 
She is survived by her Second Husband Emmanuel Otugo, her daughter Deedra Evans(Kunta) her brother Jerry Tillman 
her sisters Martha Law, Kathy Tillman, and Trevia Tillman, her aunt Pearlie Martin, her grandchildren Kaylise and
Isaiah Evans and host of cousins, nieces, nephews, loved ones and friends.
